Pengabdi Setan’s OST ‘Kelam Malam’ Automatically Plays on Man’s Car Radio While Driving on Rural Road
by Fadzly Hanaffi · WORLD OF BUZZNot long ago, an Indonesian horror flick entitled Pengabdi Setan became a phenomenon. Its soundtrack, “Kelam Malam” or “Dead of the Night,” sung by 60s singer Anna Manthovani, haunted moviegoers in both Malaysia and Indonesia.
Carrying that mysterious vibe, this family experienced a horror story of their own when that very song played automatically while this family was making their way home on this dark road.
Stopping at the roadside to record the incident, the man started his video by recording the beginning of the song.
Mentioning that this was not an added soundtrack to the video, the man moved in and out of his car so that viewers could see the differences in sound trajectory. Additionally, he showed that the radio was off as his passengers were sound asleep.
“After leaving a forest reserve area, my car’s radio kept playing this song. This happened around 2:45 am.”
Netizens commenting on the video had this to say.
“This happened to me yesterday as I was making my way back home, driving through the Kuala Pilah – Bukit Putus route. It played a different song, but I didn’t include it in my playlist.”
Another commented, “The song keeps repeating ‘In the dead of night, I come to you…”
Whoah, that is scary.
With no further information shared about what else happened that night, netizens were left to theorise about what the man could do in that situation.
