Lindsay Clancy holdout juror asks for public’s focus to be returned to ‘3 angels’ mom strangled

The lone holdout juror who caused Lindsay Clancy’s mistrial asked supporters to turn their focus away from him and instead toward the “three angels” the Massachusetts mom strangled.

“I know the whole focus has been on me, but we want to reel everything back and put the focus on the three angels,” juror Michael P. Desronvil said in an exclusive clip aired on Fox News’s “Hannity” show.

“The ones that can’t speak for themselves. The ones that can’t defend themselves, and the ones that can’t fight their battles. And those are Cora, Dawson, and Callan,” Desronvil said.

Desronvil, a devout Catholic and Haitian immigrant, was thrown into the limelight after he was revealed to be the juror who caused Clancy’s triple-murder case to end in a hung jury.

He disagreed with his 11 co-jurors who had concluded Clancy was innocent of killing her children — Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months — in the family’s Duxbury, Mass., home in January 2023 by reason of insanity.

The shock ruling came under more scrutiny after reports that Desronvil had a history of alleged domestic violence, an active restraining order against him, and an open eviction case for not paying his rent.

However, the juror also received an outpouring of support from others who donated to a fund to help him with legal fees and lost work from any potential fallout.

Desronvil thanked his supporters for helping him through what he described as a “difficult time.”

“A little bit about me, I want to thank God for my Catholic faith. I want to thank god for blessing me with the ability to love my daughter. And I foremost would like to thank everyone, every individual that has support me throughout this difficult situation.”

“Your prayers, your emotional support, your psychological support is a tremendous to my heart. That I feel, that I sense, that I know. I do want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, thank you.”
