During The Voice UK final, Sir Tom Jones' appearance distracted viewers, with fans labelling him "handsome" and "dapper."

The Welsh singer has been a fixture on the show's coaching panel for nearly every season since 2012.

The star, who has no intentions of stepping down anytime soon, joined his fellow judges on stage for an opening rendition of Fortune Son.

The 84-year-old, who seems to defy the ageing process, quickly drew reactions from fans online. One fan responded on X: "Good luck team, Tom. You look so handsome," reports the Express.

Another chimed in: " You look very dapper and handsome, Sir Tom. I love the jacket. Good luck xx."

A third fan posted online: "Wow! You look amazing, Sir," while another added: "You are always suited and booted!"

Saturday night saw the dramatic conclusion of The Voice UK final. Deb Orah, Storry, Ava, and Billy and Louie battled it out to be crowned the champion and claim the ultimate prize. However, it was Ava who was crowned the 2024 winner.

Before Emma Willis announced the 2024 winner, Tom opened up to Ava about one of his career regrets.

Referring to the song she performed, Sir Tom stated: "I've got a story about that song.

"I was having a drink with Paul McCartney in the late '60s, and I said, 'Paul, I'd love you to write me a song,' and he said, 'Okay' and all of a sudden, my recording manager came to the house and he said, 'Paul McCartney has sent you the song that he promised to write you'.

"So I put it on, and it was The Long and Winding Road. Honestly, we couldn't t get it out in time because I had a song coming out.

"But I have always loved that song, and every time I hear anybody do it, I am thinking, 'Oh my god, I should have recorded that song'."

The winner will join the ranks of previous seasons' victors, including Leanne Mitchell, Molly Hocking, and Kevin Simm.

Despite not winning the show in 2014, Becky Hill is arguably The Voice UK's most significant success story. The 30-year-old was part of Jessie J's team and made it to the competition's semi-final.

The dance floor queen has worked with some of the world's top DJs, including David Guetta, MK, Oliver Heldens, Joel Corry, and Wilkinson.

The Voice is available to watch on the ITV Hub.
