The parade, organised by the Newbridge St Patrick’s Day Committee, celebrated this year’s theme, 'Marching as One — Volunteers and Business, the Heart of a Community'.

Crowds gathered from early morning as the parade got underway at 11.45am, with voluntary organisations, community groups, GAA clubs and local businesses celebrating their members' talents.

The floats clearly displayed the contribution of those who work continuously in an effort to make Newbridge a pleasant place to live.
