'Obsession' Nikki, 'Terrifier' Art the Clown join Universal Halloween
by Fred Topel · UPIAug. 10 (UPI) -- Universal Studios Hollywood announced the final additions to its 2026 Halloween Horror Nights on Sunday. Halloween Horror Nights runs Sept. 3 through Nov. 1 in Los Angeles.
From this summer's horror hit Obsession, Nikki will greet fans in the park. Played by Inde Navarrette in the film, Nikki becomes disturbingly obsessed with a man who wishes for her devoted love.
Art the Clown also returns to Universal Studios after last year's Terrifier haunted house. This year, Art will be part of the Terror Train tram tour, featuring music by Ice Nine Kills.
Killer Klowns from Outer Space returns to Universal Halloween Horror Nights, and The Purge: Dangerous Waters will perform the stunt show in the Waterworld attraction again. Original haunted houses include Dead, Deader, Deadest and KILLceañera: Music by SLASH.
The park has also added the Unmasking the Horror add-on for a daytime experience going behind the scenes on the creation of Halloween Horror Nights attractions.
Universal previously announced Stranger Things, Hellraiser, Evil Dead Burn, Ozzy Osbourne and Sinners haunted houses and the Fortnite scare zone.
