Baseball

■ Michael Alvarado, Sierra Vista: The senior went 3-for-3 with a home run, a triple and two RBIs as the Mountain Lions held off a late rally to beat Legacy 8-7.

■ Raymundo Chevalier, Cheyenne: The senior went 3-for-4 with two home runs and eight RBIs to lead the Desert Shields to a four-inning 16-1 victory over Desert Pines.

■ Grant Kelly, Liberty: The senior had a home run, a double and three RBIs, and the Patriots fought off a rally to beat El Capitan (Calif.) 5-4.

■ Joseph Lusch, Green Valley: The junior had a home run, a triple, a double and three RBIs in the Gators’ 7-4 win over Fallbrook (Calif.).

■ Jake Turner, Centennial: The junior had two home runs, a double and five RBIs, and was the winning pitcher in Centennial’s five-inning 13-1 win over Arbor View.

Softball

■ Gia Christmas, Sierra Vista: The freshman went 3-for-3 with a triple and seven RBIs in the Mountain Lions’ four-inning 28-5 win over Durango.

■ Ava Englestead, Cadence: The sophomore finished with two home runs, a triple and seven RBIs as the Cougars beat GV Christian 16-11.

■ Rosely Hensley-Mokiao, Shadow Ridge: The sophomore went 4-for-4 with two doubles and five RBIs to lead the Mustangs past Green Valley 16-6.

■ Taylor Ramos, Cimarron-Memorial: The senior racked up two home runs, two doubles and eight RBIs while leading the Spartans past Las Vegas 21-1 in three innings.

■ Layla Stout, Rancho: The senior went 2-for-2 with a triple and four RBIs to help the Rams roll to a five-inning 17-4 victory over Clark.

■ Peyton Williams, Arbor View: The freshman had a home run, a double and an RBI to help the Aggies beat Palo Verde 4-3.

Boys volleyball

■ Jaiden Alarcon, Desert Oasis: The junior logged 13 assists and eight digs as the Diamondbacks beat Chaparral 25-16, 25-19, 25-15.

■ Caden Hartung, Cadence: The junior posted nine kills, seven digs and a block to help the Cougars cruise past Spring Valley 25-21, 25-15, 25-16.

■ Brandon Hidalga Aranda, Cheyenne: The senior had 35 assists and seven service aces in the Desert Shields’ 25-24, 24-26, 25-18, 25-19 win over Mater East.

■ Ethan Natanel, Durango: The senior recorded 59 assists and eight digs in the Trailblazers’ 25-16, 25-18, 23-25, 25-12 victory over SLAM! Nevada.

■ Kevin Pacheco Jimenez, Desert Pines: The senior finished with 12 digs, six assists, three kills and two aces in the Jaguars’ 25-13, 25-20, 25-21 victory over Cimarron-Memorial.
