3-star Liberty RB announces commitment to Big 12 school

Three-star Liberty running back Ezra Sanelivi announced his college commitment Wednesday to BYU on his social media accounts.

Sanelivi is ranked as the state’s No. 9 class of 2027 prospect by 247Sports. The 5-foot-11-inch, 215-pound Sanelivi had other notable offers from Wisconsin, Washington, Arkansas, Arizona and Oregon State.

As a junior this past season, Sanelivi rushed for 745 yards and 10 touchdowns in eight games. He was named the 5A Lake League offensive player of the year in 2025 and is a two-time first-team All-Southern Nevada selection.
