Tommy Lee Jones' daughter Victoria Jones found dead in hotel room at the age of 34

The daughter of Oscar winner Tommy Lee Jones has passed away.

According to reports, Victoria Jones was found dead in a hotel room on New Year’s Day in San Francisco, at the age of 34. TMZ was first to report the news of her death.

The San Francisco Fire Department later confirmed to PEOPLE that it responded to a medical emergency at the San Francisco Fairmont just before 3am local time on January 1. An unnamed individual was found dead at the scene.

The San Francisco Police Department stated to PEOPLE that officers responded to the hotel on Thursday, where they met with paramedics and declared an unnamed adult female dead.

According to a police source that spoke to NBC Bay Area, the woman found dead at the hotel is believed to be Victoria.

A cause of death has yet to be determined, although NBC Bay Area have reported that foul play is not suspected.

Victoria was the daughter of actor Tommy and his former wife, Kimberlea Cloughley. The couple also share a 43-year-old son together, named Austin Jones.

Victoria shared the screen with her father from a young age, making her acting debut in his film, Men in Black II, in 2002.

She also appeared in the 2005 movie, The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada, a film directed by her father and which also featured her stepmother, Dawn Laurel-Jones.

Victoria also made appearances on television, including one episode of teen drama series One Tree Hill back in 2003.

Tommy Lee Jones has had a decades-long career in Hollywood, including winning the Best Supporting Actor Oscar for his role in 1993’s The Fugitive.

The 79-year-old has also appeared in the likes of JFK, the Men in Black series, No Country for Old Men, and Lincoln.

Tommy and his wider family have yet to speak out about his daughter’s reported passing.
