Wedding planner K. Rose Events made clear the encounter was entirely unplanned.

"POV: You're getting married on the Owens River in Mammoth… and SHABOOZEY floats by 😱 Not a styled shoot. Not a setup. This actually happened," she wrote in the Instagram post documenting the moment.

Shaboozey later chimed in on the post, writing, "CONGRATULATIONS! From Shabozzey and @thewoollyrun !! 😂," misspelling his own stage name.

The Woolly Run, the event Shaboozey said he was part of, is a multi‑day outdoor trip where participants spend several days riding, floating the river and gathering around campfires in a relaxed, adventure‑focused setting, according to trip's website.
