Woman found dead at SF hotel believed to be daughter of actor Tommy Lee Jones

A woman found dead Thursday morning in the San Francisco Fairmont Hotel is believed to be the daughter of Academy Award-winning actor Tommy Lee Jones, according to a police source with direct knowledge of the investigation.

The source says the woman found in a hallway of the hotel early Thursday morning is believed to be Tommy Lee Jones' daughter, Victoria. The source added that police can’t confirm her identity until her body is formally identified by a medical examiner.

The source says police do not suspect foul play.

The Fairmont Hotel provided the following statement on Friday:

We are deeply saddened by an incident that occurred at the hotel on January 1, 2026. Our heartfelt condolences are with the family and loved ones during this very difficult time. The hotel team is actively cooperating and supporting police authorities within the framework of the ongoing investigation.
