Tadawul announces delisting of SAR 1bn government debt instrument

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced the delisting of a government debt instrument following a request from the Ministry of Finance.

The move marks the scheduled maturity of the specific issuance.

The delisting involves issuance number 10-1008 (5222), which carries a total value of SAR 1.08 billion.

According to the exchange statement, the removal of the instrument from the official listing follows the expiration of its term. The cancellation of the debt tool is effective by the close of business on 27 September.

This action is part of the regular administrative procedures for sovereign debt instruments as they reach their predefined maturity dates.

The Ministry of Finance oversees these changes in coordination with Tadawul to ensure the accurate reflection of outstanding government liabilities in the local capital market.

No further changes to other listed government debt instruments were disclosed in this specific announcement.
