SNB Capital to begin market making for 3 listed companies

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) has granted approval to SNB Capital to commence market-making activities for three stocks listed on the Main Market, effective 5 October 2026.

The mandate covers  Almarai Company, Al Rajhi Bank , and  Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC).

Under the regulatory framework, SNB Capital must adhere to specific performance obligations for each security.

For Almarai, the firm is required to maintain a minimum order presence of 80% and a minimum order size of SAR 75,000, with a maximum spread of 0.65%.

The requirements for Al Rajhi Bank and SABIC include the same 80% minimum presence and 0.65% maximum spread; however, the minimum order size for these two stocks is set higher at SAR 250,000.

For all three companies, there is no applicable minimum traded value requirement.

SNB Capital will conduct these activities in accordance with the established market-making regulations and procedures set by the exchange to enhance liquidity and price discovery.
