The script is worthy- Kanayo explains why he accepted Lilwin’s offer

Nigerian superstar, Kanayo O Kanayo has divulged why he agreed to be featured in Kumawood actor, Lilwin’s upcoming movie.

Speaking to the media upon his arrival, the Nigerian actor gave a blow-by-blow account of what transpired between Lilwin’s team that led him to accept the offer and come to Ghana.

According to him, he received a call from movie director, Frank Fiifi Gharbin about the upcoming project, where he was given the script about what the movie entails.

The legendary actor noted that, going through the script, he came to the realization that the movie was worthy of his involvement, hence, they discussed business and had to be in Ghana for the shooting.

“Frank, Director One called me on WhatsApp, and we discussed it. Then we started making to-and-fro calls and there was a contract. I agreed to be on the production because I’m an actor and if I read the script and it’s worth my involvement I agree to work on it”, he said.

Even though they came in a group, Kanayo shared that “some of us may not film for the next two days and some may start filming today. It’s all different contracts. And we are playing different roles”.
