KLAQ Isn’t The Only Haunted Radio Station – Las Cruces Has One Too

KLAQ has a couple of ghosts roaming the halls but apparently, we don't have the only radio ghosts in the area.

The KLAQ ghost(s) are pretty laidback and don't seem to really bother anybody much but they will prank us every now and then. Once, security cameras caught a picture actually jump off the wall. It was around 3am in an unoccupied part of the building.

Another time, something knocked a different picture off the wall up front near the studios. It was early in the morning as the KLAQ and KSII morning shows were getting ready to get started. The picture falls about :40 seconds in. You'll see Trish explaining what happened to Joanna at about 3:16.

Other things have happened too - cameras "fuzzing" out, weird noises, (especially in the men's bathroom.) and things getting rearranged. Once, a forgotten photo of a friends grandfather suddenly appeared on my desk .. the day before his funeral.

El Paso is an old city with a lot of history and it's crawling with ghosts. Just about everywhere you go, you'll find a ghost story. Especially downtown where El Paso put the "wild" in wild west.

A lot of death and violence happened there like the infamous 4 Dead In 5 Seconds gunfight. We're actually one of the most haunted cities in the USA.
