Seattle’s 50 Essential Restaurants: Submit questions for our food team

Starting this morning, our food team is rolling out a special project: Seattle’s 50 Essential Restaurants, a celebration of the Emerald City’s food scene and its many excellent neighborhood restaurants.

Be sure to check out this story explaining why we decided to rank our city’s most beloved restaurants.

But wouldn’t you rather hear from the food writers themselves?

At noon Nov. 16, The Seattle Times will host a live Ask Me Anything-style panel about the project.

Food writers Tan Vinh, Bethany Jean Clement and Jackie Varriano will answer questions submitted by readers; I (features editor Trevor Lenzmeier) will moderate the digital event, which will be held for Times subscribers at seattletimes.com.
