Las Vegas slaying suspect previously convicted in teen’s 2016 killing, records show
A Las Vegas man arrested in a fatal neighbor dispute shooting had previously been convicted of voluntary manslaughter in a 2016 killing that left a 15-year-old boy dead, according to court records.
