Rialto are a London rock band who were initially active from 1997 to 2002. That short run was a frantic one: After a couple of successful singles, Rialto’s label EastWest — a Warner Music Group imprint — suddenly dropped them, a month before they were supposed to release their debut album. The band never quite made it big, but they did garner a cult following and were pretty unanimously praised by critics. In 2023, Rialto reunited; now, they’re about to release their first album in 24 years. Its lead single “No One Leaves The Discotheque Alive” is out now.

New York musicians Matt Sumrow and Mikey Jones worked with people like Ambulance LTD, Dean And Britta, and the Lemonheads before they got together to form Heaven, a project that combines shoegaze with power-pop. Heaven released their full-length debut Telepathic Love in 2013, and they followed it with 2018’s All Love Is Blue. Now, after seven years, Heaven are coming back with their third album.

Louisville’s Young Widows are gearing up for some shows with sludge powerhouse Thou. The post-hardcore crew’s last album was 2014’s Easy Pain, and they’ve been teasing its follow-up for over a year now. Today, they’ve finally announced their fifth LP Power Sucker.
