Why 'reluctant' King gave an unprecedented update on his cancer fight

We've had a very positive update from Buckingham Palace about the King's ongoing cancer treatment. And quite unusually, it was not just a dry statement.

I'm told King Charles was slightly reluctant at first to do this, not because he didn't want to share the good news, but from the start of this whole experience, he's never wanted the story to be about him.
