Bus Ploughs Into Thessaloniki Bus Stop

Four people were injured when a city bus crashed into a bus stop on Andrea Papandreou Street in western Thessaloniki under circumstances that remain unclear.

According to Greece’s National Emergency Aid Centre (EKAB), two of the injured suffered serious injuries, including fractures from the pelvis down. The other two sustained less serious injuries.

Emergency crews are taking all four injured people to Papageorgiou Hospital in Thessaloniki for treatment.
