Blinken: Strengthening relations with Egypt is in interest of US

CAIRO - 18 September 2024: US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said that he participated with his Egyptian counterpart Badr Abdel Aty in launching a new round of strategic dialogue. 

Blinken explained that this dialogue is part of strengthening and expanding the partnership between the two countries.

Blinken further added, in a post on his account on the "X" website, that America's interest requires working between the two countries to expand people-to-people ties, trade relations, regional security, and human rights.
