All lanes reopen after westbound crash on Port Mann Bridge; expect delays as volume clears

A flipped-over vehicle westbound at the east end of the Port Mann Bridge has been cleared and all lanes have been reopened.

Traffic was jammed all the way to at least 160th Street.

The HOV and left lanes were completely blocked, but all lanes have been cleared..

Expect delays as the volume clears.
