Both of the migrant reception centers in the Spanish enclave of Ceuta have failed, leaving hundreds of people camped out on a local beach with nowhere else to go.
Ceuta’s two reception centers, one for adults and one for children, have collapsed, and thousands of people have nowhere to go.
Reuters footage shows people lying on the sand of El Trampolin beach, wrapped in towels against the wind, while army and police vehicles patrol the road behind them.
