Kanpur citizens duped by age-reversal scheme, lose Rs 35 crore

In a never-heard-of scam in Kanpur, a couple tricked dozens of elderly citizens into investing in a fake 'Israel-made time machine' that promised to reverse ageing.

The alleged fraudsters, Rajeev and Rashmi Dubey, prescribed oxygen therapy and floated a pyramid scheme to fool gullible clients. Police are now actively searching for the couple. They allegedly defrauded people of a whopping Rs 35 crore.
