Mercury to dip by 2 to 4 degree Celsius from November 16 in Odisha
by KalingaTV Bureau · KalingaTVBhubaneswar: The cold wave in Odisha is likely to rise from November 16. The weather today will be on the colder side with the mercury taking a dip from November 16. Around two to four degrees fall is expected.
Ganjam, Gajapati, Rayagada, Koraput and Malkangiri may see light drizzles of rain. On Wednesday night G.Udayagiri recorded the lowest temperature in Odisha at 14 degrees Celsius.
According to regional center of Indian Meteorological Department, the cold wave has not set in as wind is not flowing from the north. Moreover, the dry winds from the North sets in the cold wave in the winters.
Even though winter has set in, but the cold wave is yet to get intense in the state.
