Drivers burnt alive as truck catches fire in Sundargarh

Sundargarh: A horrific road accident claimed the life of a trawler driver in Odisha’s Sundargarh district after two eighteen-wheeler trawlers collided head-on and caught fire on Biju Expressway in Kaintara.

As per reports, one of the trawlers broke through the divider on road and rammed into another trawler coming from the opposite direction.

The impact of the collision was so severe that the vehicles immediately went on in flames.  As a result, the drivers burnt alive to death.

On being informed, fire personnel reached the spot and took control over the fire.

The identity of the deceased driver is yet to be known.
