Narrow escape for Chhattisgarh tourists, rescued while drowning in Puri sea

Puri: Three tourists from Chhattisgarh were rescued from drowning while taking a bath in the sea at Puri on Sunday.
The rescued tourists have been identified as Tulsi Manikpuri, Mukesh Keot, and Vaibhav Keot, all residents of Chhattisgarh.

The incident occurred at 11.20 am near Sector-9, Chaitanya Square along the Puri beach when the tourists were reportedly swept away by strong currents.
Immediately, Fire and Emergency Services persoonnel and lifeguards launched a rescue operation and brought all three tourists safely back to shore.
