Man struck by vehicle in Etobicoke, seriously injured

A man was rushed to hospital with serious injuries after he was struck a vehicle in Etobicoke.

Emergency responders were called to area of Scarlett Road and Lawrence Avenue West just before 8 a.m. on Thursday.

Toronto police say the vehicle remained at the scene.

No further details have been released.
