Thousands Evacuated After Dam Bursts In Russia's Daghestan Region

More than 4,000 people have been evacuated from their homes after a dam burst in Russia's southern region of Daghestan. At least four people have died in flooding caused by record rainfall and melting mountain snow. But some residents have blamed local officials for mismanaging the region's infrastructure.
