Lochgilphead flat fire horror as man dead and two rushed to hospital
A man has died and two others have been rushed to hospital after a flat fire in Argyll and Bute on Sunday morning

Emergency services were called to the three-storey block of flats in Lochnell Street, Lochgilphead, in Argyll, at about 7.45am on Sunday. Sadly, one man was pronounced dead at the scene, while two other men were quickly taken to hospital for treatment.
Streets surrounding the property, including Lochnell Street, Union Street and Campbell Street, remain closed. Local residents are being urged to stay inside, keeping their windows and doors shut.
Detective Inspector Peter MacMillan said: "Our thought are with the family and friends of the man that has died in this fire. Our investigations into the cause are ongoing but it does not appear to be wilful."
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service told the BBC four appliances and a height vehicle tackled the blaze.
