Rabbi Shneur Zalman Feldman, a Chabad Rosh Yeshiva in Rishon Letzion and Netanya, passed away at the age of 42 after battling an illness.

Rabbi Shneur Zalman Feldman, a resident of the Kfar Chabad village in central Israel who has been teaching bochurim, passed away.

He was 42 and battled an illness.

Rabbi Feldman served for several years as the Rosh Yeshiva of the Tomchei Tmimim Mesivta in Rishon Letzion until its closure a few months ago. He then taught at the Chabad Yeshiva in Netanya.

He is survived by his wife, 4 children and his parents and siblings.

The levaya will take place Sunday night in Kfar Chabad, followed by burial in the cemetery of Tzfas.
