Lost in the Highlands

Одинокая река змеится среди бескрайних вулканических гор и покрытых мхом долин в глубине Исландии. Драматичное небо и направленный свет подчеркивают контуры рельефа, увлекая взгляд вглубь пейзажа. Я хотел, чтобы зритель прочувствовал одновременно и масштаб, и уединенность этого дикого края.

A solitary river snakes through endless volcanic mountains and moss–covered valleys in the Icelandic interior. Dramatic skies and directional light highlight the contours of the terrain, guiding the eye deep into the landscape. I wanted the viewer to feel both the scale and the isolation of this remote region.
