Las Vegas man identified in Sunday I-15 fatal crash

On Sunday, the Nevada Highway Patrol responded to a crash at northbound I-15 at mile marker 94 in Clark County that left one dead and four hospitalized.

The identity of the deceased is Diego Jesus Hernandez, a 21-year-old male from Las Vegas who succumbed to his injuries sustained in the crash and was pronounced dead on scene.

The two passengers in Hernandez’s Tacoma were taken to a local area hospital and the driver and passenger of the stricken Prius were taken to a local hospital through helicopter.

No other identities were provided at this time.
