LETTER: Trump and the Boulder City data center

After reading about the legal shortcut a developer is using to move forward with the data center that has the residents of Boulder City in an uproar (Sunday Review-Journal), the term “coming home to roost” comes to mind. That’s what you get when you vote for someone who has made no secret of his disdain for protecting the environment, removing regulations, trampling safeguards and showing no interest in protecting Amercan lands.

In 2024, Boulder City voters overwhelmingly chose the current president with approximately 60.5 percent of the vote, far surpassing his support in both Clark County and the state of Nevada.

This is who you wanted, and you got him. So deal with it.
