London tube closures this weekend: the full list of travel disruption for January 10-12
by India Lawrence · Time Out LondonNew year, same London transport network – and that means there are a bunch of travel closures and disruptions planned for the weekend ahead.
Over the next few days TfL has warned of several planned closures and service suspensions across London’s tube and train lines, including notable disruption on the Piccadilly, District and Elizabeth lines.
Here are all the closures to know about this weekend.
District line
On Sunday January 12 there will be no service between Turnham Green and Richmond. Replacement bus DL3 will operate between Willesden Junction and Richmond.
Piccadilly line
No service between Rayners Lane and Uxbridge all weekend due a shortage of Piccadilly line trains while TfL fixes damage caused by leaf fall.

Elizabeth line
From 7.40am on Sunday January 12 a reduced service will operate between Paddington and Heathrow Terminal 4 / Maidenhead. Acton Main Line, West Ealing and Hanwell stations will be closed. Two trains per hour serve Heathrow Terminal 4, West Drayton, Langley, Slough, Burnham and Maidenhead. Six trains an hour serve Ealing Broadway, Southall and Hayes & Harlington.
From 12.40am until 7.40am on Sunday January 12 there will be no service between Paddington and Ealing Broadway. The last service on Sunday morning, at 12.07am, will run from Heathrow Terminal 5 to Ealing Broadway only.
Overground
Suffragette
On Sunday January 12 until 12.30pm, there will be no service between Gospel Oak and Barking Riverside.
Replacement buses: Service J between Gospel Oak (Highgate Road) and Seven Sisters (for South Tottenham); Service T between Walthamstow Central and Barking.
Mildmay
Sunday January 12, no service between Richmond and Willesden Junction. Use replacement bus DL3, running between Richmond and Willesden Junction.
Windrush
All weekend (including Friday January 10 and Saturday (January 11) Night Overground) there will be no service between Highbury & Islington and New Cross Gate / New Cross / Clapham Junction / Battersea Park. Replacement buses will operate during the day.
