Xbox has today confirmed that an Xbox Fanfest 2026 event will take place in Sydney, Australia, alongside other events in Los Angeles and Seattle (USA), Cologne (Germany), London (UK), Mexico City (Mexico), Tokyo (Japan), and Toronto (Canada).

Sony has announced another set of PS5 price hikes, making the base PS5 $1,000 AUD and the PS5 Pro $1,400 AUD within Australia. Sony has previously raised the price of the PS5 in Australia two other times.
