Tom Sandoval Accuses Girlfriend of Physical and Verbal Abuse

by · VULTURE

Traitors star and former Vanderpump Rules cast member Tom Sandoval has requested restraining orders against his girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, and her father, J. Will Robinson. This follows an incident June 3 when Victoria was arrested on intimate-partner battery with physical violence. In court documents obtained by People, Sandoval claims Victoria punched him in the face on the night of June 3, injuring his neck and ear. TMZ has the photos that were included as evidence in the temporary restraining order (TRO) request.

Sandoval says during the same altercation, Will “lunged” at him “in his inebriated state” and punched a hole in his bedroom door. Shortly after news broke of the restraining order, an unverified video began circulating on social media that apparently shows Sandoval pushing Will into a lit fire pit.

In the filing, Sandoval says Victoria was abusive both physically and verbally throughout the relationship, “punching my face, striking my neck, throwing a full Gatorade bottle at me, verbally assaulting me.” He says she “repeatedly insulted and demeaned” him. “She called me a ‘fucking loser’” and said “the only reason people like you is because of me.” He also accused her of changing his phone and social-media passwords without his knowledge and tracking him with an AirTag.

“[Victoria] and her father continue to reside in our rental home, which I am presently paying for,” the filing states. “Meanwhile, I have been completely displaced from my home. I am bringing this request because I cannot tolerate her abuse any longer.” A hearing for the restraining orders has been set for July 16.
