TERRIBLE DEATH ON FARM NEAR SJENICA: Wheat buries young man from Tajikistan, he had no contract or protections

A 25-year-old citizen of Tajikistan died in a serious work-related accident that happened on a farm in the village of Dolice near Sjenica.

The tragedy occurred during the unloading of a truck, when a large amount of wheat suddenly poured out and trapped the man.

According to unofficial information reported by the RINA agency, the victim was working without a contract. Competent inspection services, which immediately went to the scene, noted numerous omissions related to work safety.

The body has been sent for an autopsy, after which the exact cause of death will be precisely determined.

The police, the prosecution and inspection services are currently conducting a detailed investigation in order to determine all the circumstances under which this tragedy occurred, as well as potential criminal or misdemeanor liability of the employer.
