Reuniting for their first joint release in seven years, NEIGHBORHOOD and Converse have introduced a sleek collaboratie take on the flagship ALL STAR LGCY Hi silhouette. The high-top sneaker leans heavily into a vintage aesthetic, defined by a realistic, all-over aging process that gives the entire shoe a deliberately distressed and lived-in finish. Upgrading the traditional construction, the upper is built from a tough, durable cord cloth fabric typically found on military jackets, ensuring elevated structural integrity and a highly textural appearance that perfectly aligns with NEIGHBORHOOD’s signature streetwear design language.
A prominent NEIGHBORHOOD logo is printed across the outer lateral side of the upper, with additional custom co-branding detailed on the insoles. Down below, the weathered sole unit features a unique embellishment strategy: the standard Converse heel label and a custom-designed NEIGHBORHOOD patch are placed interchangeably on the heels and sides, creating an asymmetrical left-and-right visual effect. This clever label placement, combined with the military-grade materials and dirtied finish, delivers a distinctly rebellious interpretation of the heritage footwear staple.
