Phish are gearing up for the final weekend of their sold-out Sphere residency in Las Vegas, with the band performing on Thursday, April 30, through Saturday, May 2. As expected, Phish haven’t repeated any setlists during their run at the Sphere, with each night broken into two sets and an encore.

That level of variety is no mean feat, given the immersive nature of the Sphere’s 160,000-square-foot interior screen. And so far, Phish have used the venue’s innovative display to its fullest, from the nostalgic (a recreation of the Barn, frontman Trey Anastasio’s home and recording studio) to the delightfully absurd (a hot-dog spaceship blasting into orbit).
“Even more impressively, [lighting director Chris] Kuroda is actually behind the console, running the whole thing — no AI or synced cheat codes here, just a human making interactive, improvised art in real time on a device that was likely never intended for that use,” wrote Jeff Miller of the display at the band’s first weekend show.
This weekend marks the end of the band’s second Sphere stint, but the jam continues with a summer tour, including five nights at Madison Square Garden. Before that, frontman Trey Anastasio will embark on a solo tour from May through June.
The next big act to take the stage following Phish are No Doubt, who will perform a total of 18 shows in May through June. Other acts heading to the Sphere this year include Eagles, Kenny Chesney, Metallica, and Carin Leon.
