Jay-Z’s 30th anniversary celebration of his debut, Reasonable Doubt, continues to grow. What started as two hometown shows in New York has since expanded to an extra New York date, plus shows in L.A., Paris, and London. Early access for the London date at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium starts on July 9 at 10 a.m. local time, while general ticket sales begin on Friday, July 10.

As new dates have been added and the hometown shows approach, ticket prices have dropped substantially for this weekend’s Yankee Stadium shows. According to TicketData, the get-in price is down 22% from its peak for Friday’s show.

Jay-Z’s Friday show will mark 30 years of Reasonable Doubt, while the Saturday show will mark the 25th anniversary of The Blueprint. It’s unclear what Sunday’s show, billed as “Extra Innings,” will encompass. On StubHub, a single ticket for Friday’s show starts at $230, a drop from the peak of over $300. As has been the case since the tickets first went on sale, prices have been the highest for the July 11 Blueprint show. Tickets for the L.A. date are considerably lower, starting at $127 on StubHub, although SoFi Stadium is a much larger venue than Yankee Stadium.

It’s a rare treat to see Jay-Z performing again, after what has been a quiet few years. He closed out Roots Picnic in May with a string of special guests, although most of the attention went to his no-holds-barred freestyle aimed at former collaborators Drake, Kanye West, and Nicki Minaj.

His last solo album was 2017’s 4:44, while 2018 saw the release of the collaborative album Everything Is Love alongside Beyoncé, released as the Carters. He’s been mum on new music, telling GQ in March, “I don’t know what I need to create currently that’s going to fulfill me and make me happy because that’s most important.”
