IIT Bombay is offering its prestigious IITB Research Internship Awards for the 2024-25 academic year, giving students a chance to engage in advanced research projects under the mentorship of esteemed faculty. With a monthly stipend of Rs. 15,000, this internship promises both financial support and significant academic growth.

The IITB Research Internship Award provides hands-on research experience in specific projects that align with the students' academic interests. Open to highly motivated students, the programme targets top-performing candidates, ensuring a competitive and rewarding experience.

IIT BOMBAY SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBILITY

• Students must be in the second year of a Master’s programme or third/fourth year of a Bachelor’s programme
• Candidates must rank among the top 20% of their class
• The discipline of study will depend on the project requirements specified by IIT Bombay faculty
• Applicants must be full-time students during the internship and should provide proof that no other coursework is required during the period
• The internship duration is four to six months (January to June), and part-time options are not allowed
