The University of Sheffield, UK, has announced 75 International Undergraduate Taught Merit Scholarships for students joining in the autumn 2025 intake. Each scholarship provides euro 10,000 towards tuition fees for eligible undergraduate programmes.

To be considered, applicants must hold an offer to study at the University of Sheffield before applying for the scholarship. The award is renewable for each academic year of the degree programme, provided the recipient maintains a 60 percent average and achieves a minimum of 120 credits in the previous academic year.

  • Application Deadline: April 21, 2025
  • Eligibility:

    • Students must commence their undergraduate programme in autumn 2025 and have a confirmed offer from the University of Sheffield.
    • Candidates must be self-funded and pay the international tuition fee. Sponsored students are not eligible.
    • The scholarship is open for students entering year 1 or year 2 of their degree, except for Medicine (A100/A101) and Dentistry (A200) programmes.
    • MArch programmes are classified as postgraduate taught courses and are not eligible for this scholarship.

SELECTION CRITERIA

A panel of senior staff will review and select applications based on these criteria.
