Man from Haryana, who served in French Army, stabbed to death in Germany

Kurukshetra: A 25-year-old Indian man from Haryana, who had previously served in the French Army, was stabbed to death in Frankfurt, Germany.

The deceased, identified as Vishu Sharma, had moved to Germany after leaving the French military and was working in the delivery business in Germany.

Vishnu’s father, Neeraj Sharma, said that he and other family members spoke to Vishnu as usual on Monday but did not speak to him on Tuesday. On Wednesday morning, they received the news of his death.

According to the family, Vishnu was planning to return home for Raksha Bandhan. His sister was also looking forward to celebrating Raksha Bandhan with him. However, his sudden death has left the family devastated.

The family has urged the government to extend assistance in bringing Vishnu’s body back to Kurukshetra.
