New hotels: Hotel Riu Palace Phuket, Best Western Q Khon Kaen, and more

Hotel Riu Palace Phuket
The 504-room Hotel Riu Palace Phuket has opened on a prime beachfront location in Mai Khao, adjacent to Sirinat National Park and 16km from Phuket International Airport. The five-star hotel boasts the brand’s 24-hour All Inclusive service along with six distinct dining venues, seven bars, six swimming pools, as well as a dedicated wellness and personal care area that comprises a fully equipped gym, a steam bath, and a comprehensive Renova Spa.

Children are welcomed by RiuLand kids’ club, where a daily programme of daytime and evening activities is offered. Young guests have two dedicated swimming pools too.

For affluent guests, the hotel offers 49 rooms within the Elite Club by RIU category, a concept that is designed for guests seeking premium service and the utmost privacy.

Best Western Q Khon Kaen
BWH Hotels has opened doors to the 125-room Best Western Q Khon Kaen, a newly rebranded and fully refurbished hotel that will provide guests with a comfortable base to explore Isaan. The hotel’s design concept reflects Isaan’s rich heritage, with elements inspired by Khon Kaen City Gate, the traditional Lao reed mouth-organ and Kan Kaen Koon silk.

Guestrooms are tailored to the needs of modern travellers, with home comforts and state-of-the-art amenities, while an onsite restaurant serves Thai and global cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Quest Canberra Dickson
The former Adina Serviced Apartments Canberra Dickson is now Quest Canberra Dickson. The rebranded property offers 126 keys across a mix of guestrooms, studios, and one- and two-bedroom apartments. Accommodation features kitchens, laundries, living and working areas and private balconies. Guests also have access to on-site parking, complimentary Wi-Fi and convenient public transport connections.

The rebranding is accompanied by refurbishments. Painting, carpet improvements, minor repairs, new Quest signage and the introduction of The Pantry, Quest’s grab and go offering, are complete. A broader refurbishment will follow, progressively bringing the apartments and public areas to full Quest brand standards.
