Some areas near Orange and Webster Streets are also experiencing street and basement flooding due to the water main break, according to city officials. Crews were on scene as of Sunday afternoon.

Water service is shut off from Webster to Sabattus Streets on Orange Street and at Diamond Court. The leak has been isolated at this time, officials said.
