New Delhi, Apr 7: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday extended greetings on World Health Day, wishing excellent health for all citizens and urging people to take every possible step to stay healthy.

In a message posted on X in Hindi, the Prime Minister called on individuals to prioritise their well-being and adopt healthier lifestyles.

He also expressed gratitude to healthcare workers and all those who tirelessly serve others, contributing towards building a healthier society and planet.

Reaffirming the government’s commitment, Modi said efforts would continue to strengthen healthcare systems and ensure the well-being of every individual through collective action.

Observed annually on April 7, World Health Day marks the founding anniversary of the World Health Organization in 1948, with each year focusing on a key global health issue. (Agencies)
