Dr. Suman Lata, HOD & Consultant – Nephrology and Kidney Transplant, HCMCT Manipal Hospital Dwarka said, “Kidney problems are increasing rapidly in India, largely due to poor lifestyle habits and comorbidities like hypertension and diabetes. Early diagnosis is key to managing kidney health, and regular check-ups are essential for those at risk. Dr. Vikas Jain, HOD & Consultant – Urology & Kidney Transplant, HCMCT Manipal Hospital Dwarka said, “Urological conditions such as kidney stones, urinary tract infections, and prostate disorders are becoming more prevalent, driven by unhealthy diets, lack of hydration, and sedentary lifestyles. Dr. Hamza Shaikh, Consultant – Spine Surgery, HCMCT Manipal Hospital Dwarka said “Spine-related issues among younger people are surging, particularly due to modern sedentary lifestyles, long working hours, and poor posture. Conditions like herniated discs, chronic back pain, and early-onset degenerative spine diseases are becoming increasingly common, affecting not only physical health but also productivity and quality of life.”
