FUHSO Crisis: Senator Abba Moro cautions against implosion

The Senate Minority Leader, Abba Moro has cautioned against implosion at the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo, FUHSO, over the crisis of succession rocking the institution.

This was contained in a statement on Wednesday by the Media Adviser to the Senate Minority Leader, Emmanuel John.

The statement read; ”The institution has been embroiled in crisis for some time now over the Vice Chancellorship position.

”Senator Moro is not happy with the sad development in the institution and calls on the relevant authorities to wade in and nip the crisis in the bud.

Abba Moro cautioned against acts and utterances that are inimical to the growth of the school, stating that as the first and only university in Benue South, all hands must be on deck to protect and guard it jealously.

He emphasized the need for tolerance and peace amongst the stakeholders of the school and called on them to put the interest of the school and students ahead of all personal interests.

He enjoined all aggrieved parties to sheathe their swords and embrace peace and dialogue for the sake of the school.
