I'm A Celebrity fans have declared Alan Halsall will be up for all the trails for one reason.

The Coronation Street star is taking part in this year's series of the show but has already revealed his fears. Despite many celebrities sharing their worries over being faced with creepy crawlies or heights - Alan is scared of bacon and fish. In an unusual confession, the TV star revealed his biggest fear in the jungle would be having to eat bacon.

He also confessed to never eating fish. Fans of the show were shocked by his revelation as they took to X to share their thoughts. One predicted: "never eaten fish or bacon?? well we all know who were voting for eating challenges #imaceleb." Another added: "Is he okay!???! Doesn’t like bacon???? #imaceleb."

Someone else commented: " Alan Halsall has never had Fish & doesn’t like Bacon!? Revoke his Northern Citizenship Immediately!" A fourth wrote: "Alan not eating bacon. If he’s a vegetarian fine but god to not eat some vegetables or fruit! #ImACeleb." One fan shared: "Sorry, did Tyrone just say he would find eating bacon a trial? Lovely bacon? He's in trouble. #ImACeleb."

I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! has returned for another season as a whole host of new celebrities take on its grueling challenges. Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly have also made their return as hosts for the show that airs from the Australian jungle. Celebrities will be facing everything from gruelling Bushtucker Trials to Kiosk Kev's mind-boggling puzzles, all in a bid to snatch the jungle crown from 2023 winner Sam Thompson.

The initial camp line-up was announced ahead of the show, featuring stars like Coleen Rooney, Danny Jones and Oti Mabuse. However, as per tradition, there is set to be some surprise late entries into the camp. Love Island's Maura Higgins and Reverend Richard Coles are tipped to be joining the jungle crew later on in the series.

Hosts Ant and Declan were forced to reveal some "bad news" with fans ahead of the return. The pair took to their joint Instagram account to divulge their news as Declan said: "Hi everybody, Ant and Dec here. But you knew that. We've got a little update for you, because we know lots of you've been asking about Jungle Club this year. We've got some good news and we got some bad news. I'll start with the bad news, shall I?"

Ant then added: "Jungle Club will not be going on straight after the main show. Sorry. The good news is it will be going on straight after the new ITV2 show. Yay!" Dec continued: "So we are back, but we're a little bit later. Yes, we are. It's Jungle Club: Late & Live. One for all you night owls out there." The Jungle Club will see Ant and Dec go live on Instagram after the main show as they give their opinions, reactions, share stories and give some exclusive insider details.
