There will be two different times, early and later, each weekday Sunday through Friday.
The 2nd Chevra Tehillim that meets later is being formed (in addition to the early one) to accommodate people who expressed interest in participating at a later time, whereas the early Chevra Tehillim is too early for some people.
Therefore, in addition to the early Chevra Tehillim, there will be a later Chevra Tehillim at Empire Shtiebl as well bli neder Bez”H.
10 or more guys that say tehillim from 5:55am to 6:45am in the new front room of Empire Shtiebl, followed by a short Chassidus shiur.
The later Chevra Tehillim will be at 10:15am until 10:45am in the new room of Empire Shtiebl, followed by a short Chassidus Shiur.
On some days in the 10:15am later Chevra Tehillim, the whole Sefer Tehillim will be recited, by those who wish to stay longer. There’s no obligation to stay longer, though, and in general there’s no obligation for people to be at the Chevra Tehillim every day. Many people travel and have other obligations on certain days.
The Chevra Tehillim, (both early & 10:15am later) will begin on Tuesday, Dec. 3 ב’ כסלו

In the Frierdiker Rebbe’s Memoirs, the Frierdiker Rebbe mentions (referring to the years before the birth of the Alter Rebbe) that they had a Chevra Tehillim in the town of Lubavitch that said tehillim early in the morning.
Anyone participating regularly as a member of the Chevra Tehillim will have his name sent in to the Rebbe, letting the Rebbe know.
